Known history and additional details
Lady Elizabeth IV has been in our family since circa 1962 (W H Barnes 1962-69, D W Barnes 1969-2012 & now M Underwood 2012-current) and has always been moored in Horning on the Norfolk Broads. We believe she originally came from the Thames but sadly have no record of this.

In 2015 she underwent a full restoration after several years of neglect, she has her original Vedette engine and we have tried to keep her as original as possible. Unfortunately her original Powder Blue & White hull colour has been lost over the years and she is now a brighter blue with white top.

We have enjoyed touring the Broads with other Freeman owners and attending the Salhouse and Beccles meets annually. In August 2021 Lady Liz had a special trip to join the Thames Freeman Meet at Abingdon.
